2025 FRAME WRAP-UP

2025 That’s a wrap! What a year it has been for Frame and the fashion job market. It’s been exciting to see a steady increase in the number of roles being listed in NZ, with a flurry of executive-level jobs coming in the last week of the year for new year start dates. As I speak with brands across the country, I am hearing similar success stories as things start to pick up in fashion retail, which leaves me feeling optimistic about what’s to come next year.

Highlights at Frame for 2025 include: launching the business in Australia and making our first few placements across the ditch, partnering with fashionz.co.nz to deliver two Fashion In Focus Panel Talks at the inaugural Christchurch Spring Fashion Festival, attending a revitalised and refreshed NZ Fashion Week (which was very exciting for the industry), expanding our HR consulting side of the business and launching our “ Top Talent” profiles for Frame clients on the website.

Next year is looking bright for Frame as we aim to expand our team as well as our presence in Australia, celebrate our 10th year in business, plus we have some exciting collaborations booked with the likes of The Curve!
