Rachel Smart, Director & CEO

Rachel has over 15 years of experience in the retail and marketing industry, and a post-graduate degree in HR. In retail, she operated as a regional, state, and international franchise operations manager for various fashion retail brands, including both luxury and fast fashion. She also worked for leading media companies Fairfax and NZME as an advertising advisor and senior business development manager. In 2016 she launched Frame, with the intention of having an elevated and premium recruitment agency that specialises in the fashion, retail, and lifestyle industry. During her precious spare time, you’ll find Rach at the beach surfing, skiing in winter, at a contemporary dance class, or enjoying family time with her husband and 3-year -old son, Freddie.

Inge Smith, Account Manager- Design & Production Specialist

With a Bachelor of Design as a Fashion Design Major at AUT, Inge has 15 years of experience as an apparel designer and is our Frame workroom specialist recruiter. She started her design career at Kathmandu as a fresh-faced fashion graduate. Specialising in activewear, Inge then ventured overseas and got an incredible opportunity to design for one of the largest activewear brands in the UK, Sweaty Betty. Following on from London, she resided in Sydney and designed for The Upside. Luckily for Frame, Covid saw Inge return home to NZ where she has happily settled into Frame as an account manager. She’s passionate about the outdoors, and as our Frame sporty spice, on the weekends you’ll find Inge in the mountains hiking, skiing, running, or snowboarding.

Lauren Clegg, Account Manager- Retail Specialist, AucklandLauren brings with her a legal background and over 10 years of experience in the NZ and AUS retail industry. She’s held a variety of roles, including store manager, operations manager, and HR manager. Lauren’s passionate about values-driven leadership, and choosing retail as a viable career option. She balances her career with a 1-year-old, is currently training for a half marathon, and renovating a house.

Lauren Clegg, HR Consultant & Account Manager

Lauren brings with her a legal background and over 10 years of HR and Retail leadership experience in the NZ and AUS retail industry. She’s held a variety of roles, including store manager, national operations manager, and HR manager. Lauren’s passionate about values-driven leadership, and choosing retail as a viable career option. She balances her career with a 3-year-old, is currently training for a half marathon, and renovating a house.

Jess Low, Senior Account Manager

Jess’s background is in retail wholesale, where she worked across a variety of areas including; brand management, wholesale sales, digital marketing, public relations, and retail sales. She loves all aspects of the industry and diversifying into recruitment has been such a natural and exciting journey for Jess. Outside of work, she enjoys getting out in nature, hitting the slopes in winter, and chasing the perfect wave in summer.

Kendra Gallagher, Accounts & Finance Manager (Contractor)

Originally from Canada, Kendra has been in NZ for over 7 years with her kiwi partner. During that time she’s worked within the NZ fashion industry and brings with her dynamic experience across accounts, PR and general management. Prior to this, Kendra worked in the Ski and Snowboard industry in Canada.

Kendra has a business and economic degree from McMaster University and has started doing part time/contract work since having her little 2.5 year old, Cooper.

Hebe Joyce- Macdonald, Marketing & Customer Service Assistant.

With a background in Fashion Design and Content Creation, we are excited to have Hebe begin 2024 with us.
