Q+A with Inge

How do you balance your time between Apparel Designing and Recruitment?
I am extremely lucky to have two managers who have experience in this area. The key is to set up a weekly plan every Monday and to prioritise each task. This approach makes it more manageable as it can be a little bit overwhelming to look at your tasks as a whole.

What do you love most about your jobs?
I am a social creative, so being an apparel designer and a recruiter is a dream! At Frame I love to help and support people find their place in the fashion industry. To congratulate a person on a job offer is a very rewarding feeling.

Favourite places to eat and drink in Christchurch?
Dinner at Super followed by drinks at Civil and Naval in Lyttelton.

Favourite thing about Christchurch?
I have lived in big vibrant cities and Christchurch is special because you have nature on your doorstep.

What are you hobbies outside of work?
Hiking, running, skiing and exploring mother nature.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’m a cat lady who secretly wants a puppy.

Who is your style icon?
Janette Madson - she’s a cool fashion guru from Copenhagen, she mixes a stylish wardrobe with regular street style.

What’s your goal for 2021?
To buy a house and make it a home!
