How long have you worked at Frame for?

Almost 1 year!

What do you love most about your role?

Talking to awesome, interesting people everyday. I really do love building those relationships and helping people as much as I can with their career and helping clients find the perfect fit for their team too!

Tell us about your career background before Frame?

I have worked in advertising and marketing since leaving university. It's fun being on the other side and helping place people into these roles now.

What are your predictions for the fashion job market in 2025?

This year feels like it's on the up, many clients are pushing go on roles they might have held off with last year and I think that's due to the new OCR which is great to see everyone feeling a bit better after a tough one last year.

Mt biking, skiing, outdoor adventures with the kids

It's not a wild fact but I just got back from the French Alps with my Mum and sister skiing with lots of apres ski!
