A rare opportunity has arisen to become the next Assistant Store Manager for this beautiful store. This is your chance to support and mentor a close-knit team while developing your own career and learning the inner workings of a small business. 

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the store and sales team, along with involvement in all aspects of the business.

In this role, you will be: 

• Supporting the team, encouraging collaboration and personal development

• Creating genuine connections with loyal customers of the brand

• Driving in store operational excellence with a hands-on approach

• Ensuring all visual merchandise is maintained to a high standard

As the successful candidate, you will: 

• Be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with initiative and commitment to driving overall store performance 

• Have the ability to create a motivational and inspirational environment for your team 

• Have a keen eye for fashion, stocked brands and visual merchandising 

• Have a passion for exceptional customer service and a drive to grow a loyal and enduring customer base 

• Assist with the training, recruitment, and development of staff 

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, including stock, administration duties and assisting the online store

This role includes: 

• Being involved in all aspects of operating a small business
