Are you passionate about garment production and love working in a fast-paced environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a powerhouse fashion brand that offers excellent career progression prospects. You’ll be supporting the senior production team, and working closely with designers, buyers and offshore suppliers, assisting with managing production timelines, quality control, and all the finer details that go into delivering a polished final product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work alongside the design team to bring collections from concept to final product.

  • Oversee production processes, ensuring fit, quality, and construction standards are met.

  • Communicate with offshore suppliers, maintaining smooth workflows and strong relationships.

  • Manage critical paths and work to achieve the best possible delivery dates.

  • Organise and track samples, fabrics, and seasonal storyboards.

  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on bulk production and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Support production planning and ensure timelines are met.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years+ minimum experience in garment production, with an understanding of fabrications, fit, and construction.

  • Strong Excel skills for tracking production data and managing critical paths.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with offshore suppliers.

  • A keen eye for detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
