An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Store Manager to lead a team in this beautiful space. This role offers the chance to guide a tight-knit group while expanding your own career and gaining insight into the operations of a small business.
Reporting directly to the owner, you’ll oversee the daily management of the store and sales team, as well as contribute to product sourcing and brand research. While retail management experience is ideal, we are open to driven individuals with a passion for retail from a variety of backgrounds. There’s also potential involvement in both local and international buying.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Building genuine relationships with loyal customers of the brand
Hands-on management of store operations, ensuring a seamless and polished experience
Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
To succeed in this role, you will:
Be a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a focus on driving store performance
Create a positive and inspiring atmosphere for your team
Have a strong eye for fashion, particularly in luxury footwear and visual merchandising
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a loyal customer base
Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff
Oversee the store's day-to-day operations, including stock management and assisting with the online store
