We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join a New Zealand-founded luxury brand with a strong retail presence and a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business across NZ, Australia, and the US.
Reporting to the Founders, you'll own the marketing calendar, content, social, PR and brand partnerships, and marketing support across retail and wholesale. You'll work across brand, retail and eCommerce to keep everything cohesive, considered, and on-brand.
What the job entails:
Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and key retail moments are planned and delivered on time
Develop seasonal marketing strategies aligned with product launches, wholesale timelines and retail priorities
Lead content planning and production across photography, video and copy
Coordinate photo shoots alongside the PR Director, including briefing, scheduling and on-the-day direction
Own all social channels, content calendar and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms
Develop influencer, gifting and VIP strategies across NZ and Australia
Manage PR relationships and media outreach to secure editorial coverage
Identify brand partnerships and collaborations aligned with the brand's values and audience
Coordinate event marketing for store openings, trunk shows and brand activations
Create marketing collateral for retail and wholesale, including look books, line sheets and in-store materials
Track campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results
What You'll Bring:
3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
A proven track record delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital and physical channels
Strong content creation and creative direction with an eye for what looks and reads premium
Excellent copywriting and a strong sense of brand voice
PR experience, either direct or through agency management
Solid project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
Confidence with tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
A collaborative mindset across retail, eCommerce and leadership teams
