Content & Marketing Coordinator, Auckland

US$0.00

Join an established fashion business with a curated portfolio of brands, where strong creative direction meets commercial ambition. Every season is planned with intent, from the campaign concept through to the final asset, and this role sits at the centre of that process.

Our client is a design-driven business with an engaged direct-to-consumer audience and a growing wholesale network. Creative standards are high, the team is collaborative, and brand storytelling is treated as a discipline in its own right. It is a genuine opportunity to shape how each brand shows up, online, in-store, and in the world.

The role

This is a true strategy-to-execution position. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will own the day-to-day digital and social presence of each brand, turning seasonal creative direction into content that engages, converts, and builds community.

You will:

  • Own all brand social channels, including daily monitoring, scheduling and community engagement, and develop a culturally relevant content strategy for each brand in line with the Creative Director

  • Capture and create on-brand photography, video, graphic design and image editing for social and marketing use

  • Track and optimise performance against KPIs including revenue, reach, impressions, traffic, share of voice and follower growth, working with the digital agency on testing and optimisation

  • Co-own CRM with the E-commerce Coordinator, setting the annual calendar for each brand and building templates and content for every season, and support the sales team with seasonal wholesale communications

  • Support the Creative Director with campaign shoots, launches, collaborations and sale events, and bring activations to life in store, online and beyond

  • Manage brand partnerships, ambassadors and PR activity, from onboarding and media releases through to product placement and amplification across brand channels

  • Run a monthly review of trends and aspirational brands, sharing insights with the team, while ensuring all brand communications and copy meet privacy, security and regulatory requirements

About you

You are a polished, detail-driven marketer who is equally comfortable in the strategy and in the execution. You will bring:

  • 3+ years' content marketing experience within a premium or high-end clothing or fashion brand, ideally across multiple brands or a large, diverse brand

  • A proven record of managing social channels to a high standard, with a portfolio that shows your storytelling and the strategic thinking behind it

  • Commercial and analytical fluency, with experience meeting KPIs and using tools to track and improve performance

  • Working knowledge of paid media (Meta, Google Ads), SEO, email and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and social commerce

  • Strong content capture and design skills, including short-form video, image editing and digital design

  • Experience working alongside PR and advertising agencies, influencers and brand partners
