This is a great role for someone looking to kickstart or build on their design and production career. You’ll be working closely with a talented team, jumping straight into CADs, Tech Packs, and supplier communication, all while learning the ropes in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Since opening its first store, this retailer has grown into one of New Zealand’s most trusted and widespread outlets—today, with stores across the country. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design team with CADs, Tech Packs, and artwork in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

  • Assist with order forms, catalogues, sell-ins, and range administration.

  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to track samples, approvals, and timelines.

  • Monitor production schedules and maintain the sample library/showroom.

  • Provide admin and creative support across the wider team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in garment production/design support, or a relevant qualification with some practical experience.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (non-negotiable).

  • Solid Excel skills and confidence handling data.

  • Strong communication and organisation skills.

  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work at pace.
