Creative, varied role with great perks
Join a team during an exciting period of growth and expansion
This is a well-loved fashion retailer on a genuine growth trajectory, expanding their store network and building real momentum across their digital channels. This is a business that backs their people and celebrates doing good work together.
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to come in and take real ownership across their digital marketing activity. Writing and briefing daily EDMs and working with the graphics team to deliver sales-focused email content
Supporting influencer shoots, content planning, and campaign publishing across channels
Contributing fresh content ideas and maintaining campaign calendars aligned to brand priorities
Supporting in-store marketing through promotional signage, POS, and localised activity
What You Will Bring
Around 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced consumer brand
Confidence across Meta platforms and a solid understanding of what drives engagement and conversion
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a real advantage
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
A creative and curious mindset with a genuine love for social storytelling and brand building
Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and does not need to be chased
Why This Role
Step into a role with real scope and the chance to grow as the brand does
Be part of a team culture built on kindness, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Work on a brand with genuine momentum and an engaged, loyal customer base
Based on the Hibiscus Coast with a supportive team around you
If you are passionate about fashion, content, and brand storytelling, we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz.
*Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
