


Marketing & Digital Coordinator – Beauty brand

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join a fast-growing, global beauty and lifestyle brand as they expand their footprint in New Zealand. This is a brand with an established presence offshore and exciting ambitions locally, making this a key opportunity to shape how the brand connects with Kiwi consumers through content, digital channels, and partnerships.
Based in Auckland with close collaboration across global teams, this role is all about bringing a genuine New Zealand voice into the brand’s marketing, content, and digital strategy. You’ll work closely with local agencies on digital infrastructure (Shopify, paid media), lead social content creation, and support the rollout of ambassador partnerships and campaigns across NZ platforms. You'll also contribute to global projects as the business looks to expand further into international markets.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and create content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Write authentic, engaging content aligned with the NZ market
Support eCommerce growth via Shopify, paid media, and digital campaigns
Work with agency partners to enhance digital presence and performance
Lead local marketing initiatives including influencer partnerships and sponsorships
Collaborate closely with global teams across marketing and digital functions
Contribute to broader brand campaigns with a strong NZ market perspective
Support hosting of international visitors and future growth into Australia and beyond
Assist with planning and delivering activations and campaigns linked to key partnerships
What you’ll bring:
2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or eCommerce
Strong skills in social media management, copywriting, and performance marketing
Familiar with platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and Shopify
A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a knack for good brand storytelling
Confident collaborating with offshore teams while bringing a NZ lens to content
Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on across daily marketing activity
