eCommerce Content Coordinator – Fashion, Photography & Content

We’re looking for a talented eCommerce Content Coordinator to join a well-established New Zealand fashion brand known for its premium womenswear, accessories, and homeware collections. This is a highly creative and hands-on role, with a key focus on photography and image editing for digital platforms.

You’ll take ownership of producing high-quality content, shooting in-house photography, editing imagery, and managing product uploads on Shopify. Your work will ensure the website stays visually fresh, on-brand, and aligned with seasonal launches, lookbooks, and PR needs.

What the job entails:

  • Capture and edit in-house photography for web, advertising, and social media

  • Optimise, resize, and prepare imagery using Adobe Photoshop

  • Manage image libraries, lookbooks, and assets for media and retailers

  • Maintain website content with updated products and merchandising

  • Upload and manage products accurately in Shopify

  • Source and prepare third-party brand assets for online use

  • Plan and style shoots for digital content

  • Attend campaign shoots to ensure product details are captured

  • Support visual storytelling through considered styling and content

  • Work closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure content is aligned, cohesive, and on-brand

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience with studio photography and DSLR equipment

  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing and optimisation

  • A keen eye for styling and detail with strong product knowledge

  • Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus

  • Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to juggle deadlines

  • A proactive, creative mindset and a love for fashion and visual storytelling
