E-Commerce Coordinator | Auckland

US$0.00
  • Competitive salary

  • Being a part of a growing NZ brand

  • Generous product discounts

Frame HR is proud to be working with an iconic, New Zealand owned fashion retailer known for bringing together the best of local and international fashion, accessories and homeware. With boutique stores around the country and a fast growing eCommerce presence across NZ and Australia, they've built a loyal following on great product, great service and a strong sense of community.

We're looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to own the email marketing and retention channel, alongside day to day management of paid search advertising. This is a hands on, execution focused role from day one, so we're after someone with a couple of years' experience in a similar position who's ready to take ownership. You'll report to the eCommerce Manager and work closely with the wider marketing team.

What the job entails:

  • Take full ownership of the email marketing platform, building and refining automated customer journeys and segmented campaigns to lift retention and repeat purchase across NZ and Australia

  • Manage the day to day running and reporting of paid search advertising, working alongside an external agency with a view to bringing this in house over time

  • Keep the online store, product listings and shopping feeds accurate and up to date, in line with stock levels and the trade calendar

  • Help strengthen the brand's visibility in search, staying on top of best practice as search technology evolves

  • Pull together regular performance reporting across key marketing platforms and turn the numbers into practical recommendations

  • Keep an eye on what competitors and the wider industry are doing, flagging ideas that could help the business grow

  • Work closely with the customer care team, using recurring queries as a prompt to improve the online customer experience

What you'll bring:

  • A couple of years' experience in a similar eCommerce, CRM/lifecycle or digital marketing role, ideally agency or brand side, with hands on experience using an email marketing platform

  • Comfortable using AI tools day to day to work smarter and get more done

  • A track record of building and improving automated marketing campaigns and audience segments

  • Some experience with paid search advertising, and an interest in growing into full ownership of that channel

  • A natural curiosity for data - happy digging into analytics and reporting tools to understand what's working and why

  • Great attention to detail and organisation, comfortable juggling a busy calendar and competing deadlines

  • A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders alike

  • A marketing or communications qualification

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous product discounts

  • Genuine opportunity to grow with a well established and growing NZ brand

  • A supportive team and the chance to truly own a channel end to end

If you're ready to take ownership of a channel and make it your own, we'd love to hear from you. Send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz.
