ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR, DESIGN-LED FASHION BRANDS
Own four Shopify sites across distinct brands
Blend of creative, content and data
Premium product, made on site in Auckland
We're looking for a dedicated and detail focused ecommerce Coordinator to join a well respected New Zealand company. Home to four distinct premium brands, spanning contemporary fashion, tourism and international ecommerce, everything is designed and made on site at their Auckland office.
You'll own the day to day management and optimisation of all four brand websites, all built on Shopify, along with a number of third-party platforms. Each brand sits at a different stage of its online journey, from the portfolio's largest online brand through to a recently refreshed brand building its digital presence from the ground up, so no two days look the same. Working closely with the Creative Director, the Content and Marketing Coordinator, the Operations Manager and an external digital agency you'll bring each brand to life online and play a key role in driving digital growth.
As the ideal candidate, you'll be a Shopify expert with a strong eye for presentation and the ability to move seamlessly between brands, adapting how you write and present to suit each brand's distinct voice and guidelines. You'll be just as comfortable interrogating the numbers as you are refining imagery and product copy.
What you will be doing:
End to end Shopify management across four brand websites, including merchandising, page and theme development, and customer journey optimisation.
Loading new styles and writing product descriptions that reflect each brand's voice, with flawless product data, metadata, imagery and SEO.
Delivering on revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV and return rate targets through regular tracking, reporting and optimisation.
Keeping each site fresh through ongoing testing, including A/B testing, and regular homepage and collection updates.
Daily monitoring of site health, resolving minor issues or briefing the right support or agency.
Weekly performance and stock reviews, including gap analysis and reorder recommendations.
Seasonal updates for new collections and sale periods, including NetSuite integration and new style set-up.
Managing CRM across Klaviyo and Mailchimp, including segments, flows and lead generation.
Managing affiliate platforms, website policies, customer emails and brand programmes such as care and repair initiatives.
Monthly KPI reporting, competitor analysis and insights to inform new ideas.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous ecommerce experience, ideally within fashion, apparel, homeware or a brand where presentation is paramount.
Shopify knowledge is essential.
Experience across SEO, CRO, UX and A/B testing.
Experience with Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp.
Enough HTML to fix minor issues and brief developers or Shopify support with confidence.
A strong aesthetic eye and the ability to write for and present multiple brands, each with its own voice.
A confident, analytical approach to reporting and turning data into clear recommendations.
A proactive, hands-on attitude suited to a lean, collaborative team.
Legal right to work in New Zealand.
You will be rewarded with:
Above market salary.
Staff discount across the full portfolio, plus a generous annual clothing allowance.
On-site parking.
Being right at the source, with design and production happening under the same roof.
Real ownership across four websites, with the freedom to test, learn and see the direct impact of your work.
If this sounds like your next move, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact Bindy Williams-Lough on bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz or apply direct.
*Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
