If you're the kind of person who gets real satisfaction from a perfectly set up product page, a clean data file and a report that tells the story, this could be your next move. Stella+Gemma is a much loved New Zealand fashion and lifestyle brand, known for bold prints throughout their collections sold across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.

Based at their Parnell head office, you'll be the link between product, website and performance, making sure everything is accurate and running smoothly from the moment stock lands through to the moment it sells. • Managing wholesale product uploads and pricing through Brandscope.

  • Updating the website, including banners, landing pages and campaign launches.

  • Writing and optimising product descriptions that engage customers and perform well for SEO.

  • Pulling together weekly ecommerce performance reports, using GA4 to track traffic and conversion.

  • Managing and refining Klaviyo email flows across multiple markets.

  • Processing online returns and keeping systems up to date.

  • Supporting with direct-to-consumer customer enquiries when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in ecommerce or digital coordination.

  • Solid Shopify experience across both product uploads and website management.

  • Confidence working in an ERP or inventory system. Acumatica or MYOB Advanced is highly regarded.

  • Experience with Brandscope or a similar wholesale platform is a real advantage.

  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar email platform.

  • Experience in fashion, retail, wholesale or a product-based business is a bonus.

  • A sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills and a solutions-focused approach.

  • Confidence and resilience, with the flexibility to adapt quickly when plans change.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating closely across teams.

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.

You will be rewarded with:

  • The opportunity to grow your career with a much loved, growing New Zealand brand.

  • Broad exposure across ecommerce, marketing, wholesale and finance.

  • A supportive, collaborative head office team.

  • A competitive salary based on experience.

  • Paid birthday leave and a generous staff discount.
