We're working with an iconic New Zealand fashion label with a strong international presence, known for its distinctive design, beautifully crafted collections and loyal customer following.
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Store Manager to lead its Central Auckland boutique. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, thrives on developing people and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a beautiful boutique, build a high-performing team and contribute to the continued success of an established designer brand.
The role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the boutique's performance, team culture and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing retail team.
Driving sales performance, achieving KPIs and managing store budgets.
Creating an exceptional, personalised customer experience and building lasting client relationships.
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
Managing daily store operations, staffing, rostering and reporting.
Delivering visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's distinctive style.
Working closely with the wider business to maintain exceptional standards of presentation, styling and service.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings a genuine passion for fashion alongside strong commercial and leadership capability.
Ideally, you'll have:
Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retail environment.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
Excellent people leadership skills and a natural ability to motivate and develop others.
Sound operational, organisational and commercial skills.
A passion for styling, customer service and building loyal client relationships.
The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and lead by example.
