E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator, Women’s Fashion
A step up for someone ready to take ownership
Competitive salary
Staff wardrobe allowance and product discount
We're looking for a detail-obsessed E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator to join a New Zealand-founded luxury brand with a growing direct-to-consumer business across NZ, Australia and the US, alongside retail locations in Auckland and Queenstown.
This role owns the full product data lifecycle, from the moment stock leaves the factory through to the customer purchasing it online. You'll be the bridge between the warehouse, the website and advertising, making sure every SKU is correctly receipted, every product page is accurate, and every campaign is backed by available inventory. You'll manage both the NZ/AU and North America WMS and online stores, reporting to the Founders.
What the job entails:
Own all inventory data entry and product setup in Cin7, including SKU creation, barcode management and variant configuration
Manage purchase order receipting with the 3PL warehouse and resolve stock discrepancies between WMS, Shopify and physical counts
Liaise with the 3PL on stock queries, damage reports and inbound shipments
Manage inter-store stock transfers and support cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
Manage all product uploads and updates on Shopify, ensuring data consistency between Cin7 and Shopify
Execute website updates including homepage refreshes, landing pages, banners and promotional content
QA all product pages before go-live, checking imagery, copy, pricing and variants
Own and manage all Klaviyo email flows across markets, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and browse abandonment
Set up and schedule campaign emails with correct segmentation and send times
Execute ad account uploads and changes across Meta and Google as directed by the Marketing Manager
Set up product feeds and ensure catalogue accuracy across advertising platforms
Flag inventory-related advertising risks such as scaling spend on low-stock products
Provide regular inventory and performance reports to the Financial Controller and leadership team
What You'll Bring:
1-3 years of experience in an eCommerce, inventory or digital operations role, ideally in retail, fashion or a product-based business
Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems, Cin7 or similar strongly preferred
Hands-on Shopify experience, including product management and basic theme and content updates
Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads at a campaign execution level
Exceptional attention to detail and real pride in accuracy and data integrity
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across inventory, website and email
A proactive, self-directed approach where you identify issues and resolve them without waiting to be asked
Clear communication, particularly when escalating stock issues or coordinating with the 3PL and wider team
What's on Offer:
A key role in a growing NZ luxury brand with presence across three countries
Ownership of the full product data lifecycle, from warehouse to website to customer
A close-knit, high-performing team where your contribution is visible and valued
Competitive remuneration based on experience
Staff wardrobe allowance and product discount
If this sounds like your next move, send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz.
