We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised eCommerce & Sales Administrator to join an established New Zealand brand known for one of the world’s most iconic shoes. This is a dynamic role where you’ll handle customer service, manage inventory, and oversee dispatch for eCommerce orders. If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for eCommerce and customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • eCommerce Operations: Oversee inventory levels, update products in systems (CIN7, SPS, Shopify), and maintain the eCommerce area.

  • Order Management: Pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours, handle pre-orders, and coordinate with 3PL for timely deliveries.

  • Sales Support: Track inventory for wholesale and retail, manage stock service orders, and ensure terms of trade are up-to-date for wholesale accounts.

  • Administration: Manage stock updates via Klaviyo, process promotional items, and update account terms as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit

  • Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently

  • Familiarity with eCommerce systems like Shopify is a plus!
