


Fashion Retail Manager, 65k-70k+
We are searching for an experienced Fashion Retail Store Manager to take on a senior role and lead the store of this freshly launched and highly sought-after brand’s Christchurch boutique. This designer brand is in its infancy with an exciting future ahead, which you could be at the forefront of. You are someone who takes ownership of their role, loves working in fashion retail, and is keen to build and expand your career in this space.
Key responsibilities will include;
Deliver the ultimate customer service and receive positive feedback, proactively drive and deliver store sales and operational targets
Lead and inspire a commercial mindset to omnichannel customer experience and social content
Proactively contribute to reporting on customer insights, opportunities, and product feedback Leadership
Work as a team and participate in personal development from collections and team training sessions
Support the professional development of your team with goal setting and performance management
Maintain a 6-week rolling roster, manage cover, and maintain budgeted base hours
Ensure all operational tasks are completed in a consistent and timely manner by all team
Maintain strict inventory management processes, and accuracy in stocktakes, deliveries and transfers
The role comes with;
A base salary of 65k-70k+, depending on experience
Tuesday to Saturday roster, however, could consider Monday to Friday for the right leader
