We’re looking for a natural leader who thrives on inspiring a team of 10+, nurturing culture, and keeping the store running seamlessly day to day. Someone who understands the art of retail, balancing service, storytelling, and sales to create an experience customers return for again and again.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Train and develop staff in sales techniques and customer service.
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness within the store.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What you will have;
Proven experience as a Store Manager.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
