They are looking for a Junior Buyer to join their team and help drive the buying strategy across some seriously cool brands and categories. You will be responsible for executing seasonal buying strategies, building strong supplier relationships, and making data-led decisions that keep the range balanced, commercial, and always moving forward. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing and executing seasonal buying strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives

  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

  • Bringing fresh brand and product ideas to the team within your categories

  • Analysing sales performance and trends to make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborating with planning, marketing, and franchise owners to bring product stories to life in-store and online

  • Ensuring the range is cohesive, commercially focused, and built for growth

What You Will Bring

  • Some buying or buying support experience, ideally within footwear, apparel, or a product-based retail environment

  • A solid understanding of range building and seasonal buying cycles

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions

  • Great relationship skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • A commercial eye and a genuine passion for product and brand
