We’re partnering with a brand on an exciting growth trajectory to appoint a Junior Buyer.

This is an intermediate role for someone who understands apparel buying and administration- from trend direction and fabrication through to margin and performance.

You’ll work closely with the Merchandise Manager to drive the evolution of the product offer, supporting the product from concept through to in-season performance. This is an opportunity to influence range architecture, strengthen supplier partnerships, and help to build a product that resonates commercially and creatively.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Support product and range development across the apparel categories

  • Translate key trends into commercially viable product opportunities

  • Reviewing supplier ranges and sourcing products aligned to brand direction

  • Selecting and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost and delivery standards

  • Helping to negotiate trade terms in collaboration with the Merchandise Manager

  • Monitoring category performance and identifying in-season opportunities

  • Visiting stores to gain insight into customer behaviour and sales drivers

  • Supporting the clearance strategy in collaboration with Planning

  • Maintaining sample libraries to support marketing and campaign activity

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3 years+ experience within product development or buying (essential)

  • A sharp eye for product and a deep understanding of trends

  • Commercial confidence - pricing, margin, and performance analysis come naturally

  • Some experience working with suppliers and negotiating terms

  • Be a creative thinker who takes an analytical approach
