We’re excited to be recruiting for a beautiful womenswear brand launching a brand new boutique in Newmarket. Known for its timeless silhouettes, natural fibres and effortlessly feminine aesthetic, this brand has built a loyal following across Australia and New Zealand. The collections are thoughtfully designed, elevated yet wearable, and centred around quality craftsmanship and refined styling.

This is a rare opportunity to open and lead a new store from day one.

As Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand. You’ll lead a small team consisting of yourself and two casual staff, so you’ll need to be confident running the floor independently at times and comfortable taking full ownership of daily operations. This is very much a leadership role where you’ll set the tone, build the culture and create a beautiful in-store experience that reflects the brand’s elevated feel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading all day-to-day store operations and driving performance

  • Delivering an exceptional, personalised styling experience for every client

  • Managing rosters and supporting two casual team members

  • Taking full ownership of sales results and working towards monthly targets

  • Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Building strong relationships within the local community

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading a boutique or premium fashion store

  • A genuine love for styling and working closely with customers

  • Confidence working autonomously and taking initiative

  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving results

  • Polished presentation and a calm, considered leadership style

  • Monthly sales bonus paid when the store exceeds budget, calculated as a percentage of total monthly sales
