Marketing Manager, Auckland
Step into the creative heart of a fashion business where bold ideas and commercial ambition go hand in hand.
Our client is an established, design-driven fashion business with a curated portfolio of brands, an engaged direct-to-consumer audience and a growing wholesale network.
Every season is planned with intent, from the first campaign concept to the final asset, and this role sits right at the centre of it. Creative standards are high, the team is collaborative, and brand storytelling is treated as a discipline in its own right. This is your chance to shape how each brand shows up, online, in-store and in the world.
The role
This is a true strategy-to-execution position. Working side by side with the Creative Director, you’ll own the day-to-day digital and social presence of each brand, turning seasonal creative direction into content that engages, converts and builds community.
You will:
Take the lead on all brand social channels, from daily monitoring, scheduling and community engagement to a culturally relevant content strategy for each brand, developed with the Creative Director
Capture and create on-brand photography, video, graphic design and image editing for social and marketing
Track and optimise performance against KPIs including revenue, reach, impressions, traffic, share of voice and follower growth, working with the digital agency on testing and optimisation
Co-own CRM with the E-commerce Coordinator, setting the annual calendar for each brand, building templates and content for every season, and supporting the sales team with seasonal wholesale communications
Support the Creative Director with campaign shoots, launches, collaborations and sale events, bringing activations to life in store, online and beyond
Manage brand partnerships, ambassadors and PR, from onboarding and media releases through to product placement and amplification across brand channels
Run a monthly review of trends and aspirational brands, sharing insights with the team, while making sure all brand communications and copy meet privacy, security and regulatory requirements
About you
You’re a polished, detail-driven marketer who is equally at home in the strategy and the execution.
You’ll bring:
3+ years’ content marketing experience within a premium or high-end clothing or fashion brand, ideally across multiple brands or a large, diverse brand
A proven record of managing social channels to a high standard, with a portfolio that showcases your storytelling and the strategic thinking behind it
Commercial and analytical fluency, with experience meeting KPIs and using tools to track and improve performance
Working knowledge of paid media (Meta, Google Ads), SEO, email and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and social commerce
Strong content capture and design skills, including short-form video, image editing and digital design
Experience working alongside PR and advertising agencies, influencers and brand partners
How to apply
If this sounds like your next big move, send your CV and a portfolio of your work (or a link to it) to rachel@frameconsulting.co.nz.
