Marketing Manager - Trelise Cooper
Trelise Cooper is one of New Zealand’s most iconic luxury fashion brands, renowned for bold design, impeccable craftsmanship, and a deeply loyal customer base. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing, and PR initiatives across New Zealand, Australia, and international markets.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for fashion, storytelling and customer experience.
Key responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to:
Brand & Marketing
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness and customer engagement across NZ, Australia and international markets
Lead the evolution of the brand strategy, driving repeat customers to boutiques and online
Ensure social media, creative, photography and content are fully aligned with brand and marketing objectives
Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
Manage marketing budgets, tracking performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness
Lead and mentor the Social Media and Graphic Design teams
PR & Communications
Own the PR strategy across New Zealand and Australia, managing media, stylist, influencer and VIP relationships
Oversee VIP gifting programs and manage the brand’s sample collection for stylists, influencers and shows
Collaborate closely with Events, Creative, Digital and Social teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives
Lead and support the Reception and Styling team
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Build and maintain strategic relationships with brand partners, media partners and sponsors
Identify, assess and negotiate new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Retail, Experience & Brand Presence
Champion the end-to-end customer experience across all boutiques
Oversee in-store presentation, look and feel, including POS, mannequins and visual storytelling
Plan and attend VIP nights and in-store events as a Brand Ambassador and host
Lead retail marketing meetings with Store Managers and foster strong internal relationships
Develop product and styling seminars to support a premium Personal Stylist culture
Additional Opportunities
Depending on experience, there is scope to support Wholesale Sales, partnering with the Sales team on selling appointments, prospecting, and hosting in New Zealand and Australia
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Proven marketing leadership experience within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
Strong PR, brand and partnership management expertise
Highly visual, detail-oriented and brand-led in approach
Commercially astute with a deep understanding of customer experience
Confident leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and building meaningful brand connections
