


Marketing & Wholesale Coordinator, fashion
Dynamic junior-level role, supporting the marketing team and the head of wholesale
Work for an Iconic New Zealand fashion brand, based in central Auckland
Career progression pathways to either marketing or wholesale avenues
Are you 1-2 years into your marketing or wholesale career, and keen to join an iconic fashion company? We have just listed an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a role as their Marketing & Wholesale Coordinator.
In this role, you will support the delivery of marketing initiatives across brand, retail, and wholesale, helping ensure consistency and quality across everything from social content and e-commerce copy to PR outreach and event coordination. This position is key in bringing campaigns and brand moments to life.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
MARKETING
• Supporting with social media content creation and account management.
• Managing PR samples/showroom, including lending of samples to stylists, creatives, and fashion editors, wholesalers and for international celebrity dressing opportunities.
• Organising showroom couriers and PR send-outs.
• Writing e-commerce product descriptions.
• Assisting with photoshoots – production, samples, returns, and post-shoot editing.
WHOLESALE
• Maintaining an updated master file of wholesale accounts, including contact details, product listings, and
payment terms.
• Analysing and reporting wholesale sales, monthly and annually, by category.
• Account manager for all wholesale clients.
• Onboarding new accounts by finalising terms, completing paperwork, and setting up necessary
platforms
• Sales agent management: provide assets, reports, and general support to sales agents.
• Prepare seasonal client lists and sales schedules, as well as key materials such as lookbooks
• Coordinate sales appointments and manage showroom setup (samples, refreshments, etc.).
• Follow up with clients post-appointment to confirm orders.
