Facilitating design reviews, training, and ongoing capability development
Partnering closely with Buying, Merchandise, and Marketing teams to deliver commercial design outcomes
Conducting trend and market research using global platforms and internal data
Managing external relationships with trend agencies, contractors, and creative partners
Ensuring compliance with copyright, IP, and licensing requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Procreate and AI tools beneficial)
Proven experience leading and developing creative teams within a retail or apparel environment
A strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and production processes
Be a confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines in a high-volume retail setting
Why this opportunity?
Join a well-established, large-format retailer with significant market presence
Lead and influence creative direction across core apparel categories
Work in a collaborative, trend-focused, and commercially driven environment
Enjoy long-term career growth and development within a large, structured organisation
