Marketing Coordinator – Growing Fashion Retail Brand
Competitive salary & benefits package
Be part of an exciting period of brand growth and store expansion
Head office based on the Hibiscus coast
We’re thrilled to be working with a fashion retailer experiencing impressive growth and momentum, now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their busy, collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the variety of hands-on marketing and is keen to work across campaigns, content, social media, and community-led initiatives within a well-loved brand.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll help deliver engaging campaigns across social, email, paid media, and in-store channels. You’ll play a key part in keeping the brand voice consistent while contributing creative ideas and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating seasonal retail and digital campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and messaging stays on-brand.
Managing Facebook content across the main brand page, VIP Group, and store groups, including scheduling, community engagement, and moderation.
Assisting with influencer shoots, content planning, and overall campaign publishing.
Supporting in-store marketing through promotional signage, POS, and localised marketing activity.
Writing and briefing daily EDMs and partnering with the graphics team to deliver impactful, sales-focused email content.
Contributing fresh content ideas and maintaining campaign calendars to align with brand priorities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
2-3 years’ experience in marketing, retail, or eCommerce coordination.
Confidence in content creation and posting, particularly across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools is an advantage.
The ability to adapt quickly, juggle multiple deadlines, and stay calm in a fast-moving retail environment.
A creative, curious mindset and a genuine love for social storytelling.
Strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through, someone who finishes what they start.
This is a business that values teamwork, kindness, and continuous improvement. You'll be joining a supportive team that celebrates wins together and strives to deliver memorable experiences for both staff and customers.
If you’re passionate about fashion, content, and brand storytelling, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough – bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz.
*Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
