We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for product performance, great attention to detail, and a passion for helping ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time. You’ll play a vital part in supporting planning across stores and eComm, collaborating closely with the wider buying and retail teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor sales, stock levels and trend performance to help identify key opportunities

  • Manage allocations, replenishment, and inter-store transfers

  • Assist with seasonal planning, markdowns and promotional activity

  • Prepare key reports and dashboards to support trading decisions

  • Help improve planning processes and stock flow systemsWork closely with buyers, store teams and marketing to align product with demand

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in merchandise or demand planning within retail

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills 

  • Comfortable interpreting data and making commercial observations

  • Collaborative and confident communicator

  • Naturally organised and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset

  • A good understanding of customer behaviour and category trends
