We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for product performance, great attention to detail, and a passion for helping ensure the right stock is in the right place, at the right time. You’ll play a vital part in supporting planning across stores and eComm, collaborating closely with the wider buying and retail teams.
What you’ll do:
Monitor sales, stock levels and trend performance to help identify key opportunities
Manage allocations, replenishment, and inter-store transfers
Assist with seasonal planning, markdowns and promotional activity
Prepare key reports and dashboards to support trading decisions
Help improve planning processes and stock flow systemsWork closely with buyers, store teams and marketing to align product with demand
What we’re looking for:
Experience in merchandise or demand planning within retail
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Comfortable interpreting data and making commercial observations
Collaborative and confident communicator
Naturally organised and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset
A good understanding of customer behaviour and category trends
