Online E-Commerce Manager | Auckland | Contract
Very competitive salary on a contract
A fun, tight-knit team culture
Generous staff discounts
We are working with a well established New Zealand fashion brand, known for its own beautifully designed collections alongside a curated edit of leading international and local designer labels. With stores around the country and a strong online presence, they've built a loyal following on standout style, quality and a distinct point of difference.
We're looking for an experienced Online E-Commerce Manager to join the team on a 12-month contract, taking ownership of the online store and digital presence day to day. This is a genuinely hands on role, ideal for someone ready to step up and run online end to end - from site content and campaigns through to order fulfilment and team leadership.
What the job entails:
Help shape the digital strategy and marketing plan, using trends and reporting to grow online sales and brand presence
Plan and run promotions and campaigns with the marketing and creative team, keeping an eye on budget and results
Keep across competitors, new technology, SEO and AI developments, and bring ideas back to the business
Track and report on online spend and performance across social and eCommerce channels to guide decision-making
Keep the online store current - new styles, pricing, promotions and stock - and get new product live quickly each season
Refresh the website regularly, running photography and imagery projects with the design team to keep everything on-brand
Create engaging content and campaigns for the site, newsletters and social channels to build engagement and drive traffic
Oversee the online order process end to end, from picking and packing through to delivery, returns and customer service
Lead and develop a small team
What you'll bring:
A few years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, ideally within fashion or retail
A genuine interest in fashion, design and the online space, with a strong sense of style
Confident using Excel, AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of HTML or web content tools, plus experience with email marketing and social platforms
Comfortable pulling reports from Google Analytics and turning data into practical business insight
Strong copywriting skills and sharp attention to detail
A track record of leading and developing a team
Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
What's on offer:
Very competitive salary
Generous staff discounts
A fun, supportive team culture
A genuinely hands on role and a great next step for someone ready to own online end to end
If this sounds like your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz.
