We are seeking a meticulous and driven Production and Sampling Coordinator to support Trelise Cooper’s talented team. This dynamic role will ensure the seamless execution of production processes and the creation of samples for the brand. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the production and sampling process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to facilitate the development of high-quality samples.

  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, sample inventory, and material usage.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the sampling process,

    ensuring compliance with brand specifications.

  • Conduct quality checks on samples to ensure they meet luxury standards and provide constructive feedback to relevant teams.

  • Assist in the preparation of seasonal collections, ensuring timely production of samples for presentations and showings.

  • Support inventory management by tracking and managing production materials.

    As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification in fashion, production, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a production or sampling role within the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury context.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to

    teamwork.

  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends and market dynamics.
