An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Production Manager to join the well-known designer fashion brand, Paris Georgia. Founded in 2015 by best friends Paris Mitchell Temple and Georgia Cherrie, the brand is known for its sculptural silhouettes, refined tailoring, and unapologetically feminine aesthetic. Designed in-house with a team of local pattern makers and seamstresses, Paris Georgia champions premium craftsmanship and high design.
This is a pivotal and exciting time to join Paris Georgia. They are entering a phase of ambitious global growth, with a strong focus on the United States via a partnership with 10eleven showroom in New York, LA, and Dallas, which is expected to unlock wholesale expansion and fuel exciting direct-to-consumer growth.
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager who can hit the ground running and add value to this growing brand.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Own the end-to-end production calendar for six annual collections across two labels
Build and maintain detailed timelines to hit all key development, sampling, and delivery milestones.
Liaise with offshore and local manufacturers to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
Lead supplier negotiations and prepare accurate costings (materials, trims, packaging), submitting to Ops for final sign-off.
Lead all sample runs - ensuring design intent and production feasibility align.
Oversee quality control across PPs, TOPs, and final bulk—ensuring all garments meet PG standards. 2
Support the design team in sampling cost tracking, basic pattern amendments, and sub-fabric sourcing.
Hold a weekly check-in with the CEO and prepare monthly updates for board reporting.
Assist with outbound freight, delivery tracking, and 3PL handover documentation.

As the successful candidate, you will have:
2-4 years+ in a production coordinator or manager role within the fashion industry
Strong planning and supplier management skills.
A deep understanding of fashion production, ideally across both local and offshore supply.
Confidence in managing production calendars and hitting critical deadlines.
A methodical, solutions-focused, and comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in garment construction, costing, and workflow documentation
