As a Recruitment Consultant at Frame HR, you will specialise in retail roles- identifying and and securing job opportunities, while attracting and placing top candidates.Your ability to develop and manage client and candidate relationships will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and source suitable vacancies in line with company policies.

  • Manage client relationships

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection processes, liaising effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

  • Maintain accurate database management, complying with payroll and billing policies.

  • Develop market expertise to consult effectively with clients and candidates.

  • Uphold the industry code of ethics and seek support for non-compliance where needed.

  • Previous recruitment experience (internal or external) is essential for this position.
