What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day performance of 10+ stores across your region
Driving sales, KPIs and operational standards across the network
Coaching, developing and supporting a team of Store Managers
Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement across the portfolio
Collaborating with head office to execute brand and business strategies
Regular travel across your store network
What you'll bring
Proven experience in a Regional, Area or Multi-Site Manager role
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance
A natural people leader who develops and inspires those around them
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
Confident working autonomously and making decisions at a senior level
