You'll be a confident, commercially driven leader with a strong track record in multi-site management who knows how to get the best out of their people.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day performance of 10+ stores across your region

  • Driving sales, KPIs and operational standards across the network

  • Coaching, developing and supporting a team of Store Managers

  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement across the portfolio

  • Collaborating with head office to execute brand and business strategies

  • Regular travel across your store network

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a Regional, Area or Multi-Site Manager role

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance

  • A natural people leader who develops and inspires those around them

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites

  • Confident working autonomously and making decisions at a senior level
