As Senior Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping an inspiring customer experience, leading a talented team, and growing the store’s commercial success. You'll take ownership of everything from sales performance and brand activations to visual merchandising, stock management, and people leadership — working closely with the directors to bring the long-term vision to life.

This is a broad and hands-on leadership role with real opportunity to grow — ideal for someone who brings strong sales and people leadership skills, a genuine love of fashion and design, and a high standard of customer care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning day-to-day store operations, team leadership, and sales performance

  • Developing seasonal plans and brand activations that bring the concept to life

  • Collaborating with the Directors on strategy, buying feedback, marketing ideas, and product curation

  • Delivering an elevated, personal in-store experience that builds loyalty and repeat business

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver strong results and uphold brand standards

  • Managing stock, inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation in line with brand aesthetic

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong track record in boutique or concept retail, ideally at Store Manager level or higher

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team through coaching and clear communication

  • Excellent customer service standards — warm, thoughtful, and confident

  • Sound understanding of sales performance, KPIs, and visual merchandising

  • A genuine passion for design, fashion, and the creative retail space

  • Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with directors and owners
