As Senior Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping an inspiring customer experience, leading a talented team, and growing the store’s commercial success. You'll take ownership of everything from sales performance and brand activations to visual merchandising, stock management, and people leadership — working closely with the directors to bring the long-term vision to life.
This is a broad and hands-on leadership role with real opportunity to grow — ideal for someone who brings strong sales and people leadership skills, a genuine love of fashion and design, and a high standard of customer care.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning day-to-day store operations, team leadership, and sales performance
Developing seasonal plans and brand activations that bring the concept to life
Collaborating with the Directors on strategy, buying feedback, marketing ideas, and product curation
Delivering an elevated, personal in-store experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver strong results and uphold brand standards
Managing stock, inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation in line with brand aesthetic
What You’ll Bring
A strong track record in boutique or concept retail, ideally at Store Manager level or higher
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team through coaching and clear communication
Excellent customer service standards — warm, thoughtful, and confident
Sound understanding of sales performance, KPIs, and visual merchandising
A genuine passion for design, fashion, and the creative retail space
Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with directors and owners
