In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Driving sales performance and achieving KPIsCoaching, developing and motivating your team
Creating a positive, fun and high-performing store culture
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Supporting day-to-day store operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:
Experience in a retail leadership role (ideally Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)

A passion for fashion, styling and/or home lifestyle
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
