Step into a thriving Wanaka fashion retailer in a varied role that balances creativity with structure. This position will suit someone who enjoys self-management and is confident working across both digital and creative environments. As the E-Commerce and Social Media Coordinator, you will be central to bringing the brand to life online while supporting the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts with engaging content creation
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns including EDMs and mailouts
Assist with photoshoots — from styling and photography to editing
Support e-commerce operations, including:
Uploading and receiving new stock
Processing online orders efficiently and accurately
Responding to online customer enquiries with exceptional service
Maintain accurate online stock levels, liaising with store staff to resolve discrepancies
Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure strong store impact
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and customer service abilities
A proactive approach to managing your workload across varied tasks
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Canva, Marcella, and Lightspeed is advantageous
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g. EDM platforms, Google Ads)
Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a flexible role
The Details
Flexibility and autonomy working between 30 - 40 hours each week
Reporting to: Online Manager and Store Manager
Competitive hourly rate with a monthly target bonus
