Step into a thriving Wanaka fashion retailer in a varied role that balances creativity with structure. This position will suit someone who enjoys self-management and is confident working across both digital and creative environments. As the E-Commerce and Social Media Coordinator, you will be central to bringing the brand to life online while supporting the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts with engaging content creation

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns including EDMs and mailouts

  • Assist with photoshoots — from styling and photography to editing

  • Support e-commerce operations, including:

  • Uploading and receiving new stock

  • Processing online orders efficiently and accurately

  • Responding to online customer enquiries with exceptional service

  • Maintain accurate online stock levels, liaising with store staff to resolve discrepancies

  • Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure strong store impact

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and customer service abilities

  • A proactive approach to managing your workload across varied tasks

  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Canva, Marcella, and Lightspeed is advantageous

  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g. EDM platforms, Google Ads)

  • Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a flexible role

The Details

  • Flexibility and autonomy working between 30 - 40 hours each week

  • Reporting to: Online Manager and Store Manager

  • Competitive hourly rate with a monthly target bonus
