Social Media Specialist, Iconic Luxury Brand
We are delighted to be partnering with an iconic designer luxury fashion brand to recruit a talented Social Media Specialist. Renowned for its distinctive aesthetic, craftsmanship, and strong presence in the New Zealand fashion landscape, this brand continues to grow both locally and internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to translate luxury fashion into compelling digital storytelling and can create content that resonates with a discerning, style-conscious audience.
You will take ownership of the brand’s social media presence, developing strategy, creating elevated content, and driving engagement across key platforms.
This role is integral to shaping how the brand is experienced online, ensuring every touchpoint reflects its premium positioning and creative vision.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand identity and growth objectives
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content across social media platforms
Collaborate closely with internal graphic designers to ensure consistent visual storytelling
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and audience interactions
Plan and deliver campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections
Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for reach, engagement, and conversion
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand collaborators
Stay ahead of trends in luxury fashion, social media, and digital innovation
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta and Google.
About You:
Proven experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, beauty, or luxury brands
Strong visual eye with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand positioning
Skilled in content creation (photography, video, editing tools such as Adobe Suite or similar)
Strong knowledge of all social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Genuine passion for fashion, design, and storytelling
