  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a tight-knit team to deliver top-tier service

  • Oversee daily operations, including rosters, inventory, and stock control

  • Ensure the store embodies the brand through exceptional displays and merchandising

  • Handle administrative duties, banking, and reporting with ease

You’ll bring:

  • Retail management or team leadership experience

  • A knack for using POS systems; familiarity with On-Tempo is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a warm, customer-first approach

  • A genuine passion for interiors and luxury bed linen
