Step into a key leadership role at one of Auckland Central’s most loved fashion boutiques. With a curated mix of women’s fashion, lifestyle, and homeware, this brand is known for creating a warm and welcoming in-store experience and we’re on the hunt for a confident Store Manager who can lead from the front and inspire their team every day.
This is a great opportunity to take the reins in a beautiful, high-performing store. You’ll be leading a team of 10+ and working closely with the support office to grow the store’s performance, culture, and customer base.
In this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and motivate a passionate retail team of 10+
Drive store sales and deliver on targets
Champion exceptional service and one-on-one styling
Oversee store operations, VM, training and rostering
Cultivate a positive team culture and lead by example
You’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
Strong people leadership and communication skills
A customer-first mindset with a love of styling
Organised, energetic and confident, a natural motivator
A passion for New Zealand retail and boutique brands
