This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you can really make your mark. You’ll be leading a small team and working closely with the wider business to continue building on the store’s success.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading, coaching and motivating a passionate retail team
Driving sales and consistently delivering on store targets
Creating an exceptional in-store experience through styling and service
Overseeing day-to-day operations including rostering, VM and training
Building a positive, high-energy team culture and leading from the front
What you’ll bring:
Experience as a Store Manager within fashion or lifestyle retail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
A genuine love for customer experience and styling
Organised, proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment
A passion for retail and beautiful product
