What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and motivating a passionate in-store team
Driving sales and delivering consistently on store targets
Creating a standout customer experience through great service and styling
Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, VM and staff training
Building a positive, high-performing team culture and leading from the front
What you'll bring
Proven Store Manager experience within fashion or lifestyle retail
Strong leadership skills with a genuine ability to inspire and develop people
A love for customer experience, styling and beautiful product
Organised, proactive and comfortable in a busy retail environment
