We’re on the lookout for a confident, emotionally intelligent Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a vibrant Christchurch womenswear store. What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a team of 13+ through day-to-day operations, team coaching and performance management
Driving a strong service culture while ensuring operational excellence
Creating a warm, high-energy environment where both staff and customers feel valued
Working closely with support office on promotions, visuals, stock and new initiatives
Leading by example across systems, customer care and team communication
Identifying training needs and coaching your wider team to step up
Maintaining team structure and accountability while also nurturing strong relationships
What We’re Looking For:
A confident, people-savvy leader with proven retail management experience
Someone who leads with heart but also knows how to hold a team to account
Operational strength – systems, rostering, reporting, and workflow come naturally to you
Strong communication and emotional intelligence – you know when to push and when to support
A sense of style and a love for fashion – you’ll be representing the brand daily
