A renowned fashion boutique is bringing its beautifully curated collection of high-end womenswear from Otago, New Zealand to Bowral – and we’re on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager to lead the way.
Known for showcasing the latest from sought-after NZ and international designers, this multi-label boutique is loved for its elevated aesthetic, timeless pieces, and exceptional in-store experience. As the first Australian store, Bowral will be the beginning of a new chapter – and you’ll be at the helm.
What you’ll be doing:
Running day-to-day operations and bringing the boutique’s elevated service standard to life
Building a loyal client base and styling VIPs with a confident, consultative approach
Leading a small team and managing rosters, training and development
Overseeing store presentation, merchandising, and online content support
Using Vend and Shopify to manage inventory and sales performance
Collaborating with the founder and NZ team to support wider business goals
What we’re looking for:
Previous retail leadership experience in high-end fashion
A polished, detail-oriented individual who genuinely loves styling and service
Tech confident is an advantage – you’ll be across systems like Vend, Shopify, and social platforms
Someone calm under pressure with a polished and professional approach and has a high bar for presentation
A proactive mindset – you’re ready to run the show and grow with the brand
