This well-known New Zealand designer fashion label is seeking an inspiring Manager to lead their Wellington store. Work in a luxury retail environment, supporting and developing a team of fashion enthusiasts to reach KPIs and represent this iconic brand. 

As a Store Manager in this company, you will be business-minded, have an eye for styling your regular VIP clients, and will enjoy the opportunity to work with commercial and personal stylists. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment, induction, training and mentoring of your team

  • Styling and visual merchandising of the space

  • Ensuring operational excellence is being achieved across all areas

  • Driving sales targets and KPIs while engaging and developing your team to achieve 

  • Giving a VIP experience to all clients, one-on-one styling and creating a bespoke service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store or Assistant Manager in a retail environment

  • Fashion styling expertise, preferably in women’s fashion

  • Operational skills, including creating rosters, maintaining wage budgets, ensuring high standards are kept with stock processing and all other retail operations

  • Exemplary team leadership skills and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets
