What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
Driving sales and meeting store targets
Coaching and developing staff in customer experience and selling skills
Ensuring high standards across store presentation and cleanliness
Creating a positive, collaborative team vibe

Proven experience in a Store Manager role

Strong leadership and people management skills
