With a team of 13+, you'll play a key role in shaping store culture, supporting team performance, and delivering standout customer experiences every day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence

  • Driving sales and meeting store targets

  • Coaching and developing staff in customer experience and selling skills

  • Ensuring high standards across store presentation and cleanliness

  • Creating a positive, collaborative team vibe

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Store Manager role

  • Genuine love for fashion and styling

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
