We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a New Zealand-owned premium fashion and lifestyle brand with years of heritage behind them. Known for their timeless design, curated homeware, and welcoming store experience, they are about to open a new boutique on the Northshore and we’re looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead the charge.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, passionate team who value exceptional customer experiences, beautiful presentation, and meaningful relationships with both their team and their community. It’s a great opportunity to lead a new store, shape a loyal customer base, and grow with a brand that genuinely cares about people and product.

In this role you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor your retail team to deliver genuine, one-on-one styling service

  • Build lasting relationships with your customers and community

  • Drive store sales and performance, managing reporting and KPIs

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising and team development

  • Collaborate with Head Office to ensure alignment across brand presentation, promotions, and seasonal launches

You’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally in fashion or lifestyle

  • A warm, thoughtful and service-led approach to customer interaction

  • Strong visual and operational skills, confident managing stock, team rosters, and store presentation

  • A positive, collaborative leadership style with great communication skills

  • A love for timeless design, premium product and New Zealand-owned businesses
