We’re on the lookout for a powerhouse Store Manager to take the reins of a stunning new boutique opening in Westfield Eastgardens this October. You’ll be building the team and setting the tone from day one – creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture and delivering a standout in-store experience that reflects the brand’s values.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be across everything from styling and service to commercial performance and store presentation. Your people skills, operational know-how, and ability to inspire will make you the go-to for motivation, accountability, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all day-to-day operations across the boutique
Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Manage rosters, stock levels, and operational KPIs
Foster a warm, inclusive, and energetic culture that reflects the brand’s values
What we’re looking for:
An experienced Store Manager (or multi-site leader) who can run a tight ship
Organised, commercially savvy, and confident with decision-making
A natural leader who’s approachable but not afraid to call the shots
Strong sales focus with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable in-store moments
Ready to grow with a brand that’s expanding in Australia
