With a loyal following of clients, including VIPs and fashion insiders, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience and maintaining the Parnell boutique as a destination for the brand's devoted following.
In this role, you will:
Drive sales performance, exceed KPIs, and grow the boutique's client base
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing retail team
Manage stock, visual merchandising and store presentation to an elevated standard
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clientele
Host stylists, press and events during collection launches
Provide personalised styling and elevate every customer interaction
