Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a varied and hands-on role supporting the end-to-end production and garment development process across both local and offshore manufacturing. You will work closely with design, production, and suppliers to ensure collections are developed and delivered to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys working across both product and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of local and offshore production

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers and factories to monitor production timelines and critical paths

  • Participate in garment fittings and provide fit comments and technical feedback

  • Create technical drawings and spec sheets for sampling and production

  • Review and provide feedback on lab dips, fit samples, pre-production samples, and shipping samples

  • Coordinate inbound shipments and support stock processing activities

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years’ experience in fashion production, garment technology, product development, or a related role

  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrics, and the apparel production process

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers

  • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe

  • A genuine passion for beautiful fashion, quality craftsmanship, and product development
